Bullride Mania Finals – Official Contest Rules

1. Eligibility
This contest ("Contest") is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Participants may be required to provide proof of age and residency before receiving any prize.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Influx Marketing Group, Bullride Mania, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers are not eligible to participate. "Immediate family members" includes spouses, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning beyond the point system described herein. Participants may earn points through free methods of entry, including but not limited to sharing a personalized referral link and uploading photos or videos from prior Bullride Mania events.
Participants who wish to receive a referral link without making a purchase may request one by emailing contest@bullridemania.com with the subject line "Contest Entry Request."
3. Contest Period
The Contest begins on [START DATE] at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on [END DATE] at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the "Contest Period"). All entries must be received during the Contest Period to be eligible. Entries received after the Contest Period will not be considered.
4. How to Enter
Participants may earn points during the Contest Period by completing one or more of the following actions:
Sharing a Referral Link: Each participant will receive a unique, personalized referral link. Points are awarded when a new user registers through that link.
Uploading Photos or Videos: Participants may upload photos or videos from prior Bullride Mania events. Points are awarded per qualifying upload as described on the contest page.
Other Promotional Activities: Additional point-earning opportunities may be announced on the official contest page during the Contest Period.
All points are awarded automatically and tracked electronically through Sponsor's contest platform. Point values for each activity are posted on the contest page and may be updated by Sponsor at any time during the Contest Period. Participants are responsible for reviewing point values before completing activities.
Any attempt to tamper with the entry process, gain an unfair advantage, or submit fraudulent, bot-generated, or duplicate entries will result in immediate disqualification and voiding of all accumulated points.
5. Prize Description
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of:
A behind-the-chutes tour at the Bullride Mania Finals event on April 18, 2026, for the winner and up to four (4) guests (five people total)
Event t-shirts for the winner and each member of the winner's group (up to five t-shirts total)
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $[VALUE]
The prize has no cash value and no cash alternative will be offered. The prize is non-transferable and must be used at the scheduled event on April 18, 2026. If the winner is unable to attend the event, the prize will be forfeited and may, at Sponsor's sole discretion, be awarded to the next eligible participant.
All guests must be eighteen (18) years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who is part of the winner's group. The winner is solely responsible for the conduct of all guests.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be the eligible participant who has accumulated the highest number of verified points at the conclusion of the Contest Period.
In the event of a tie, the tied participant whose account registered the earliest qualifying point-earning activity (by timestamp) will be declared the winner.
The winner will be notified via the email address associated with their contest account within five (5) business days of the Contest Period closing. The winner must respond to the notification within seventy-two (72) hours to claim the prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in forfeiture, and the prize may be awarded to the next eligible participant.
The winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and where permitted by law, a Publicity Release, within seven (7) days of notification.
7. Verification & Disqualification
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:
Verify the eligibility of any participant
Disqualify any participant found to be engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or unsportsmanlike behavior
Void any entries that violate these Official Rules
Audit point totals and entry activity at any time during or after the Contest Period
Disqualify participants who use automated systems, bots, scripts, or other mechanical or artificial means to earn points
All decisions by Sponsor regarding eligibility, disqualification, and prize awards are final and binding.
8. Limitation of Liability
By entering the Contest, each participant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, and prize suppliers from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions of any computer, network, telephone, electronic, or hardware or software; (b) lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries; (c) failures, interruptions, or delays in data transmission or processing; (d) unauthorized human or non-human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest; (e) printing, typographical, electronic, or human errors in any Contest-related materials; or (f) entries that are late, forged, lost, misplaced, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, garbled, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules.
9. Content Submissions & Media Release
By submitting any photos, videos, or other content ("User Content") in connection with this Contest, participants represent and warrant that they are the original creator of such content, that the content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party, and that they have obtained all necessary permissions from any individuals appearing in the content.
By submitting User Content, participants grant Influx Marketing Group and its affiliates a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, display, and create derivative works from the submitted content for any promotional, marketing, advertising, or commercial purpose, in any media now known or hereafter developed, without additional compensation, notice, or approval.
Participants waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or the copy that may be used in connection with the submitted content. Sponsor is under no obligation to use any submitted content.
10. Privacy & Data Use
Personal information collected in connection with this Contest — including but not limited to name, email address, and contest activity — will be used for the purpose of administering the Contest, contacting winners, and as otherwise described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
By entering the Contest, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as described herein and in the Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at bullridemania.com/privacy-policy.
Sponsor will not sell participants' personal information to unaffiliated third parties. Sponsor may share participant information with service providers and affiliates as necessary to operate the Contest and fulfill prizes.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, suspend, or modify the Contest if any fraud, virus, bug, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest. In such event, Sponsor may select the winner from among all eligible entries received prior to the action taken.
These Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Contest shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania.
12. Platform Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta Platforms Inc., TikTok, ByteDance, or any other social media platform. Participants acknowledge that they are providing information to Sponsor and not to any social media platform. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Contest should be directed to Sponsor, not to any social media platform.
